The following consulting services are offered:

- Training: Acquisition and transfer of knowledge of the Implemented Project and/or the new application, adjusting to the needs of each user profile.
- Functional Analysis: Analyze and supervise the development of the application, ensuring adequate performance according to the needs and possibilities. Desining functionality testing plans.
- Start-up: Accompaniment during the start-up of the new application, definition of good practices and the new work method.
- Coaching: Support for users' resistance to change and/or demotivation, help in conflict resolution.
